Common Q & A

  • To ensure that we can match the images taken to the correct child, please keep the ticket attached to your child's order form. Specifically, hold onto the "KEEP THIS COUPON" portion of the ticket until your pictures are delivered. However, please do not remove the stapled portion of the ticket. Thank you!

    Don’t have a ticket? That’s okay. The ordering process is the same.

  • Yes, packages are per pose. If you like more than one pose it is very common for families to purchase a small package for each pose or to purchase the digitals only.

  • 1) We kindly request that families select their images within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the proof gallery from your school.

    2) After sharing the proof gallery, we will move forward with sending images to print within 7 consecutive days. All selections must be completed within this timeframe.

    3) Image prints are delivered to your school no later than 4 weeks after they are taken.

  • After photos have been sent to print, any orders received will be charged a $10 late printing fee.

  • yes, shipping is $12 and can be added to your physical package or ordered through our website above.

  • To create a successful portrait, it's important to prioritize the face as the main focus. To achieve this, it's best to avoid clothing with patterns that could distract from the face and take away from the overall impact of the portrait.

  • No, we accept most forms of payment including but not limited to: PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Cash, and checks.

    *Paying with a check? No images are delivered whether print or digital until your check has cleared the bank. This can take up to 5 days depending on the form of check you choose to use.

  • Yes, If your school doesn’t offer a direct proofing option, we can send you a link to your images before ordering.

    For homeschool families proofing is usually done day of. You get to see the poses and make your selections during the time that you are there.

  • Unfortunately, no—but we do offer a wide variety of options for family pictures that you’re welcome to choose from! CLICK HERE

  • The single pose option is simple and straightforward—it’s perfect for one child and includes one digital image of a single pose.

  • This option works great for one child or a group of up to five! I’m happy to capture group shots as well as multiple poses of each child. We set aside about 20 minutes for this option. You’ll receive 10 digital images delivered in an online gallery. Image selections are made the same day we take the pictures.

    *Not available for family pictures. Children Only. Families cannot be combined.
